MY 2021 GOALS

TAKE THE LEAP

2021 to me is about making bold moves, committing to a chosen path, and giving my all to make it happen.

1. Self-Love

  • Stick to 11 PM – 7 AM sleep schedule
  • Put together a meal plan/list by Wk. 2 January
  • Eat on time and according to the nutrition guidelines provided by Coach
  • Update daily and weekly routines by Wk. 1 February
  • Review daily and weekly routines by Wk. 4 June; adjust if necessary
  • Keep a tracker and stick to the routines at least 80% of the year
  • CrossFit, or other high-intensity trainings, 2 times a week
  • Flexibility training 2 times a week
  • Dance class once a week
  • Walk or do active chores for 5 minutes every 2 hours of working/sitting (to set a timer)
  • No scrolling on the phone while watching or on call to limit pressure from constant multitasking
  • Undergo a full medical check-up and get HPV vaccine by Wk. 4 May

2. Personal Growth

  • Write a reflection on 2020 goals by Wk. 4 January
  • Train to be fully comfortable in Ladies Dance Basics
  • Read 20 new books
  • Include two books each in Biography, Communications, Classics/Critically Acclaimed, History/Science
  • Write at least one review/reflection for books that leave a strong impression this year
  • Watch 12 new movies, prioritizing those from my Must Watch Before I Die list
  • Finish three levels of Beginner Japanese / Spanish
  • Meet three new individuals with strong interest/expertise in different fields

3. Professional Growth 

  • Implement the 25-minute no-interruption deep-work method to increase productivity
  • Develop a game plan within 2 weeks of receiving new OKRs
  • Fulfil at least 90% of the game plan and the OKRs for the year
  • Set up a local Comms NextGen group

4. Financial Security

  • Set end-of-year targets by Wk. 4 January
  • Review targets every 3 months and adjust if necessary
  • Stick to monthly budget and regularly update tracker
  • Meet targets by the end of the year
  • Learn about and start investing in stocks by Wk. 1 April
