MY 2020 GOALS

LIMITLESS

2020 to me is about dreaming big, being ambitious, and not putting a limit on what I think I can do

1. Self-love

  • Reset my sleep schedule to 10 PM – 6 AM by end of March
  • Eat mindfully
    • Eat on time every day: 6.30 AM breakfast, 12 PM lunch, 7 PM dinner
    • Have veggies at least 5x a week
    • Limit boba drink intake to 2x a month
  • Improve life quality and organization through routines
    • Build daily morning and nighttime routines by March
    • Fulfil the routines at least 90% of the year
  • Honor my home space
    • List down weekly, monthly, and quarterly tasks by March
    • Keep a tracker and fulfil at least 90% of the year
  • Be disciplined with healthcare
    • Schedule necessary health checks and procedures by March
    • Fulfil at least 90% for the year

2. Personal Growth

  • Become a stronger dancer
    • Improve basics: breathing, bounce, isolation, control
    • Improve waacking freestyle skills through private classes
  • Become a stronger reader
    • Finish one book each in Biography (When Breath Becomes Air), Communications (The Righteous Mind), Classic Literature (Murder on the Orient Express), Critically Acclaimed (Circe)
    • Discover new titles, series or writers to continue rebuilding my recreational reading habits
  • Continue expanding my horizon
    • Finish at least three movies from my Must Watch Before I Die list
    • Set up one ‘date’ each with an activist/expert in Feminism and Indonesian Politics
    • Go to a new place every month
    • Climb one mountain
  • Acquire a third language: Complete a Spanish beginner course

3. Professional Growth

  • Consciously work toward and meet my OKRs
    • Develop a game plan within 2 weeks of receiving new OKRs
    • Fulfil at least 90% of the game plan and the OKRs for the year
  • Complete Harvard EMSEL course
    • Submit all tasks on time and with flying colors
    • Fulfil at least 90% of the Strategic Communications project targets
  • Industry/international exposure: Become a PRCA South East Asia NextGen Committee Member

4. Financial Security

  • Stick to my monthly budget and regularly update tracker
  • Meet targets by the end of the year
  • Explore insurance policies for mom by March

5. Relationships

  • Catch up and celebrate life events better, and more regularly, with my inner circles
  • Meet at least one new person every month
  • Write a reflection on what I have learned and what I now know I want and deserve in a relationship
