2020 to me is about dreaming big, being ambitious, and not putting a limit on what I think I can do
1. Self-love
Reset my sleep schedule to 10 PM – 6 AM by end of March- Eat mindfully
- Eat on time every day: 6.30 AM breakfast, 12 PM lunch, 7 PM dinner
- Have veggies at least 5x a week
Limit boba drink intake to 2x a month
- Improve life quality and organization through routines
Build daily morning and nighttime routines by March- Fulfil the routines at least 90% of the year
- Honor my home space
List down weekly, monthly, and quarterly tasks by March- Keep a tracker and fulfil at least 90% of the year
Be disciplined with healthcareSchedule necessary health checks and procedures by MarchFulfil at least 90% for the year
2. Personal Growth
Become a stronger dancerImprove basics: breathing, bounce, isolation, controlImprove waacking freestyle skills through private classes
Become a stronger readerFinish one book each in Biography (When Breath Becomes Air), Communications (The Righteous Mind), Classic Literature (Murder on the Orient Express), Critically Acclaimed (Circe)Discover new titles, series or writers to continue rebuilding my recreational reading habits

Finish at least three movies from my Must Watch Before I Die list- Set up one ‘date’ each with an activist/expert in Feminism and Indonesian Politics
