MY 2019 GOALS

1. Self Care 

  • Wake up at 6 AM and sleep by 11 PM on weekdays
  • Eat vegetable/fruit with at least one meal a day
  • Maintain a healthy weight of 43 kg throughout the year
  • Visit the dentist for regular check up by April 2019
  • Have my last wisdom tooth removal surgery by December 2019
  • Have my first Lasik consultation by September 2019
  • Decide if I want to go through Lasik procedure by October 2019 and, if so, do it by November 2019

2. Personal Growth

  • Take dance classes twice a week
  • Develop a new to-read and to-watch list by January 2019
  • Read one book and watch one movie from the list every month
  • Write at least 250 words a week
  • Stick to the Screen Time & App Limits I set on my iPhone
  • Find an opportunity to volunteer at least once this year
  • Go to a new place every month
  • Keep a habit tracker

3. Professional Growth 

  • Start work by 9 AM and finish work by 6 PM every day
  • Develop a 2020 career vision by January 2019
  • Write one op-ed or byline per semester
  • Meet at least 70% of my OKRs by December 2019

4. Third Language  

  • Complete Module 1-2 on Rocket Korean by Q1 2019
  • Complete Module 3-4 on Rocket Korean by Q2 2019
  • Complete Module 5-6 on Rocket Korean by Q3 2019
  • Complete Module 7-8 on Rocket Korean by Q4 2019
  • Recap key grammatical rules in my Korean vocabulary & grammar notebook by December 2019
  • Analyze one song / prose a month in my Korean vocabulary & grammar notebook

5. Political and Social Literacy 

  • Identify new interest/priority areas by January 2019
  • Set up one “date” with relevant authority of the identified areas every quarter
  • Read The Little Book of Feminism by June 2019
  • Read this, this, this, and Who Owns Culture? by Susan Scafidi by December 2019

6. Money & Future Life

  • Stick to my monthly budget and keep a daily expense tracker
  • Meet and maintain Future Savings target by the end of the year
