- Exercise for at least 15 minutes every day (Note: I changed this into taking dance classes twice a week)

- Identify in what areas I want to stretch my comfort zone, and use the REACH method to achieve them
- Complete at least two Coursera courses
- Make time to catch up with my network at least once every other month
4. Mind, Soul, and Relationship
Become more aware of the negative patterns of my mind, and practice mindfulness to overcome themMake a calendar of loved ones’ special moments, and make time to celebrate better with them (or at least wish them well on time)- Make an effort to be kinder to, and have more patience with, other people
